Hard to tell from that pic but my guess is Tabasco

Looks just like my Tabasco.  Takes for ever for the pods to turn color.  That's maybe why people just pick them and stuff them in vinegar jars.  I pray for PATIENCE RIGHT NOW to wait for my pods to ripen....

I picked a lot of Hungarian Hot Wax peppers the other day.  In the bright sun they looked yellow, but once I got them inside they were light green.
From now on I will wait for them to get at least a little blush then I'll know.
