Canning peppers WITHOUT a waterbath

For others reading this-
Dragon's recipe sounds fine, it's kept refrigerated and was used with cukes to make pickles so it would work the same with peppers. It's a little light on the vinegar compared to other published recipes, but it sounds like it's worked just fine.
