that dude was on a episode of hoarders. he was scared to vacum any of his dogs hair up because he thought it would kill his dog. also his dad had empty wine bottles in all the cupboards.

so that's why he didn't vacuum the house, he could hear the dog barking but couldn't find it in all that clutter??
