?Carolina Reaper?

Is this a Carolina Reaper????
Ok I got the seeds from a big name dealer, have 3 plants  I thought the Reaper had a tail, which these pods don't show one. 
Are they maybe still growing and the tail comes later?

I'm leaning towards No on this one. Looks more like some kind of a 7Pot (maybe?), or a tailless Moruga of some kind? And normally with all tailed peppers, the tail forms with the pod, not after, so by the time they grow the size they are in this picture, there should most definitely be a tail.

I went back and looked closer and I do see tails.. I'll repost some better pics .

Agreed. Last night I cut the tail off a chocolate and tried eating that little tiny part of the pepper. It was PAINFUL. I can't imagine eating a whole one.

I think it's a reaper. Keep us posted as they ripen.

I would say yes, they are reapers. But I would need to taste them to confirm 100%.

Morugas don't have tails. 
Yeah, looks like a reaper. If it comes out funny colors(yellow, burgundy, or brown), I want it.

I have 3 1st year plants 2 have 10 or pods each, the 3rd is smaller plant but loaded with flowers.
 
Can't wait to compare to the Ghost

haha there is no comparison, they look like reapers and if they are theyll blow ghosts out of the water.... like the difference between a ghost pepper and an orange hab

They look like Reapers to me, usually the first pods of the season may not look quite right, but give them some time and they should look like real reapers.
