Cayenne Leaf Problem

This is happening only one one plant at my friends garden. It's a Cayenne and the leaves are curling upwards slightly and getting wavy around the edges. Nothing's eating it and the leaves are looking slightly yellow.

Also, there are a few flower and flower buds but only one pepper. No other fruit is setting.

Any ideas? Nitrogen defiency?

How well is the soil draining? I know that we have been getting hit hard with tons of rain. Possibly too much water?

Well, it's in the ground but in an area that doesn't dry out really fast....that could be the problem, but it's only effecting that plant....

Interesting....It can't hurt giving it some fish ferts and maybe a shot of Epsom Salts.

I have the same thing on my Datil only on the upper leaves I am curious if its not to much nitrogen on my part Im trying to keep from fertilizing as much on that one in particular for now -- to much N can induce a calcium deficiency which can scallop or cup the leaves I've read so Im giving that a shot
