Cayenne leaves rolling

Hi all,
 
I am running hydroponic system for the first time... I am seeing some odd behavior in a cayenne plant that is in the setup.
 
As you can see if the pics below, the leaves are rolling under at the edges.  Is it over feeding?  The reservoir is sitting at 800 ppm right now but I fear the N levels may be too high.
 
Also, the cayenne is the largest plant in the setup, and the only one affected.

He looks too close to the lights if you ask me. I've seen other plants do something similar when they get too high. It might also be root room.

I have nothing to contribute otherwise, check the roots though, always a good place to start in hydro.
