Cayenne Pepper Mash sources?

Hello,
I put this in another section, however it may be more applicable here:

I am looking for sources for obtaining quality cayenne pepper mash in 55 gallon form. The company I previously bought from appears to have gone out of business, Pedologues. I have called some of the larger companies but you have to buy a pallet to get them to sell. If anyone can help a small time fledgling pepper sauce "maker" it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot! I spoke with Bryan and let him know Zydeco sent me. What a great guy and sounds like the kind of company ANYONE would want to do business with! Good prices and high quality from what he said. Thanks again, Mark
