I am all about mixing the heat with the sweet! I love the chocolate covered chili bars and I await the day for chili infused ice cream.
 
My wife buys lolly pops dipped in chili powder from the local Tienda and they are so yummy. Have you ever tried one Conrad? If not I will send you one :dance:
 
Sounds good Conrad. Too bad your not gonna be around Friday night .I think Newtune and I are gonna sample a few primo pods from Superhot. It would be fun to have you join us :lol:
Oh and let me know when your coming so we can stock up on lollipops :cool:

there are any number of ways to make ur own chili infused ice creams sorbets,gelato, granitas, whatever, u can do it @ home w/ or w/o an ice cream maker, in santa fe I used to do all sorts of chili infused desserts, and I knew 1/10 of what I now know about chilis.
just saying u dont have to wait for someone to make one make it urself, just takes a few hours, and that is mostly just freezing time! :woohoo:
