pests Cheapest way to build cooling fan power supply for LED heatsink

I have built one light and cool it with the same dollar store fan that i use on my plants. I am building a light using cree XM-L t5 and t6 and a 2.8 amp driver.(yeah baby yeah). I want to put a CPU fan (or two) on it. I have wall warts I can use but I am looking at what other people have done. Since LED lights are essentially:
lights
heatsink
driver
fan

Maybe this can be the official "fan page of THP"

I connected my fan to the dimming kit 10volt power supply.

The unfortunate thing about thermodynamics is that it requires actual inputs to get useful information, ie, how much heat do you want to dissipate?
