I started eatting hot things rather early in life. I can remember eatting tabasco sauce in pre-school. The hottest pepper i have ever grown is habanero. The hottest pepper i have tried is the ghost pepper. I love spicy peppers that are far more than just spicy, somehing that is really hot accompanied by smoky, citrus, or fruit is wonderful.
I came to this forum to learn more about growing pepper from seeds and to hopefully buy some thai pepper seeds. I am wanting to make a thai mead using the thai pepper to make the flavors as authentic as possible.
