pileiton Apr 21, 2010 #1 Marinated the chicken breast in corn oil, fresh lime juice , Tapatio and the brine from jarred jalapenos. Seasoned with basil, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. I think I'll just heat the marinade to a safe temp. and pour over the baked potatoes.
