I am looking for some Chilhuacle Rojo seeds. The shops I know are Out of stock & those who have it I don't know.

They usually have a pretty big gap in availability from midsummer until January. Good chance you're running into that. The one thing that I don't like about them (and, unfortunately, the reason I don't use them - I need my seeds before January).

BUT, usually the listings also say that they're not available - so not sure about that in this case.
