yeah i know another chili question. there is an International Chili Society (heres the website: International Chili Society) that every year has the "World's Championship Chili Cookoff". Heck the winner takes home $25,000!! Anywho on the website the past winners give their winning world's best chili recipe. If you look over the past couple of years almost everyone has a can of chicken broth added to their chili. In fact one of them has chicken broth and beef broth added. Has anyone ever done this? or does anyone do this when they make chili? it just sounds strange to me to think of adding broth to a chili. what do you guys think?
