food Chili- brine Spuds 2- this time with stock seasoning

One with just brine chilli-water and the other with beg oil near end.

Part one- mix up the stock powder & water to make sauce, seas-salt, chilli powder and flakes.Put in the oven on heat around 180 c UK.Like you were baking spuds. Mine has a convection fan, so Quicker than an hour. Keep adding stock to spuds and turn them over. You could add oil at the end if you want to.

Thirty minutes later- 1st turnover

Adding oil to one for comparison at 50th minute and 2nd turnover. Added a little water and switched around.
