food Chili- Brine spuds- infused with salt-water and naga- jolokia powder

No oil- just make a brine and chilli solution. Pour some over spuds, roast, then turn over dry spuds- pour more brine solution, roast until dry, and repeat until ready.Skin will be crispy and tasty whilst inside will be soft and delicious. English temp around 180.
