Hi,
I did some checking and this is NOT an ICS Chili Cookoff thusly you will NOT represent NY at the Worlds Championship.The ICS NY State is in Saratoga in August 2008! I believe it is a CASI cookoff and their championship is in Texas.
You can verify this by going to www.chilicookoff.com and searching NY.
