Chili sauce - what is the de facto test

My brother and I have always done the cheese sandwich test.Now with onion too, a break from tradition. I've seen Mr Spoon(Neil) on YouTube, and a few others. Is it soup's test, curries, pizzas, on steaks??I appreciate there are many blends, brands and types on offer. I just use a standard. Like when I travel, I check the price of Whisky and the price of a coke.Ambrosia for sure!!

The top ones are chicken & cheese, chilli salt piri- piri, and bacon. Sorry, just mine.Inspited ny Prencada of Costa Du Sol , Mozambique. Side salad of fresh sliced white onions, shredded spring onoions with soya, wasabe and apple vinegar.Added a little bacon and it really set it off.Like the sheep-shearer said , "shearing, I ain't shearing with nobody".

What kind of cheese do you use? we do a lot of cheddar up here in Wisconsin

Bellendertang is a nice, strong 'un from Morocco.The bread I love most is lava hot and green in colour.
