pests Chinch Bugs and Flies!

Please advise - what is the best remedy you've found for a nasty chiinch bug infestation? They started in my neighbor's yard, but have moved into mine as well, and of course, they're all over my plants. Flies have started being abundant, too. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Chiggers don't infest plants they feed on humans and other animals when immature and other small organisms as adults. Or are you worried they will crawl from the plant to you? Are you sure you're not seeing clover mites?

Okay - apparently I had a mental moment when making this post - they aren't chiggers, but cinch bugs. Sorry for the confusion! At any rate, any help is appreciated!
