We love dumplings here, I was looking at the containers and had a brainstorm. The bottoms make good saucers and the top are clear HMMMM. I placed a napkin on one the put the other upside down on it, like you would store them. after the seeds sprouted I flipped the top lid over and added more water. So far I sprouted 2 sets of Thai Hots, Radishes, and some Orange Bell this way. the rectangular lids work just as well and, we have a great reason to order Chinese more often.
