I have two extra kids this year.  So the morning is going to be all about kids.  Dinner is Chinese buffet.  Kind of a Christmas Story thing.

Last night was round 1 of cooking, we had prime rib and all the condiments that go with it. Roasted garlic is a must have along with horseradish and Au Jus.

The wife and I are going to my grandmother's house for dinner tonight. Tomorrow night it's off to my parent's place for some more family fun.

Tonight is a semi traditional Italian Christmas Eve, 7 fishes Florida style:
Lobster, fritters,
Cracked conch
Pasta with calamari, clams, mussels, bay scallops, grouper, shrimp and more lobster.
Tiramisu, honey glazed fried dough
Espresso
Sambuca
And of course lots of wine and beer.

Christmas Dinner is English Style
Standing rib roast
Yorkshire puddings
Roast potatoes
Peas
