I'm confused. Can I send you a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope in which you have to pay nothing or is it a requirement to pay $5.99 to get the "free" seeds?
Edit: By "you" I mean you as the seller have to pay nothing for shipping so you don't need to be reimbursed for anything.
They must be coming via USPS Priority Flat Rate. Can I send $0.40 and get just regular old first class shipping on them?

I'm not BSing you. I'm trying to understand what you will and will not take. I would like to take you up on your offer, but 5.99 is too much when I can pay less than half of that to send you SASBE myself.
If you are indeed offering free seeds, then whatever it truly costs to ship them should be sufficient. If that is the case then me sending you a SASBE should suffice.
