Condimaniac's Smokey Dragon Hot Sauce

Here's my recipe for my first attempt at a hot sauce, it turned out brilliantly!  :dance: 
 
This is an unfermented cooked sauce so follow any method for one of those sauces:
 
Makes 3 x 250ml Bottle.
Ingredients:
10 Serrano Chillies
3 x Komodo Dragon Chillies (HOT)
3/4 teaspoon dried Chipotle chilli
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 large onion
6 large garlic cloves
10 small home grown tomatoes
240ml Aspall Cider Vinegar
1 fresh lime
2 teaspoons Salt
4 teaspoons Caster Sugar
1/2 teaspoon La Chinata pimentón ahumado

Looks good! I don't think you need to use powdered sugar in sauces, since it's sugar + corn starch you are adding.
