Cooking Comically, ever head of it?

Have any of you ever read Cooking Comically? It's probably one the best cooking blogs I have ever read.
 
The guy that runs it put out a Cafe Mocha Cheesecake recipe I'm really wanting to try. Anyone want to take it to another level and spice things up?

Mocha chili cheesecake? with a jolokai coulis? Gold.
 
Not bad, a different sort of angle. The sriracha bit embedded in the spinach roll recipe was cute.
 
Grated hash browns are one of my favorite things. Havent tried the latke style yet, have to give it a go oneday
