food Cornish Pasty :)

Cut up a turkey and used the small bits to make a pasty.
Turkey, spices, potato and Thai filling
Buckwheat pastry.

I feel like I would be wanting for some vinaigrette or fat/oil otherwise, but that's my problem =)

nice presentation.  you leave the viewer wondering about the insides   this is the healthier version of what my parents served us kids which consisted of beef, potato, and onion in white flour pastry.  thanks for the post.
