Cotyledon falling off too soon?

Hello people. I've noticed today that on my douglah, its about oh two and a half or three weeks old, it only has one cotyledon on it! I don't know if this was because of what i've been doing or nature.

Possible conclusions that i've come up with
Nature
Cat attack (unlikely)
Fert burn, but i didnt notice any browning or yellowing on the edge
Wind damage ( my current fan doesn't seem to be too powerful, but I could be wrong.

I've done the following thats new -----
Witheld from watering for a day or two.
Transplanted into a nute soil (fox farms)

And been exposing them to partial sun for thirty minutes a day. ( one for about 10 minutes of actual exposure and then the next day for about 30 minutes of cloudy weather)

So here's the pictures, tell me what you think.
(sorry if you can't just see them here, i give up on how to actually post the picture, everything that was recommended failed so..)

This is the one lone trooper left.

Leaves fall off all the time for a million different reasons. Very few of them are lethal to the plant. Your peppers look fine. Relax a bit.
