food Cranberry chipolte lamb chops

Here is one of my favorite smoker recipes

6 lamb chops
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon of adobe sauce
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 well ripened 7 Pot

I use apple wood soaked in red savina flakes and bourbon for 3 hours

place your lamb chops in your smoker at 200 degrees 1 hour 30 minutes
next mix your cumin,minced 7 pot, honey,cranberry sauce and adobe in a small bowl and chill.
Once your lamb is starting to brown up nicely I begin the glazing process with a mop brush of the adobe cranberry sauce.
Raise the heat to 225 and continue to smoke the crap outta it. glaze once more about 15 minutes before completion.
ENJOY this is an awesome flavor explosion in your mouth. i guarantee.
