Creepy Crawler. (but what is it?)

Hi,

While picking some dead leaves and flowerbuds from my fatalii, I felt something on the back of my hand.

It was this little creepy crawler.
It looked like a carnivore (grin..) So after some pics I put it back in the plant.

Can anyone identify it for me?

Some size perpective.

Bug might be a Green Lacewing larva.

Yep, lacewing larvae. It's a good thing.

This is an earwig, notice the "claw" is at the rear, not the head like his photo.

Earwigs dont have larvae either, they have nymphs.
