HELLO ALL
my wife just came back from a trip to STATE COLLEGE PA. on her way home she stopped with a few friends AT CABELA'S IN HAMBURG PA. being the loving wife she is she wanted to bring me something back
so she decided on a bottle of hot sauce (wonder where she got that idea?? lol) J.L JARDINE'S TEXAS KICKER
its made in BELIZE
it is good for light food as its not "XX HOT" as it says on the label, im a vet when it comes to hot stuff so im sure not everyone would agree
nice light hab flavor could not taste the lime juice it seemed to taste like tomato but there where none in it
my wife was surprised that i used half the bottle on my meal it was chicken with rice dish
my assessment of this sauce is that it has a good flavour and i would not discourage anyone from buying it, it has a nice color and thickness, it sticks to the food very nicely and would be good mixed with BBQ sauce
give it a try if you get a chance its a good sauce, not one of my favorites but defiantly a good sauce
