Gunna have several more blends coming. I already did a couple nearly no heat or sweet heat.

Todays blend will likely be mixed with with other spices for my bean seasoning.

54grams Big Jim
29grams Aji Panca (last years)
25gr Cajun Bell
3grams of Nu-FLOW organic anti caking powder made from rice hulls.

All pepper weights are dried and deseeded. Then "sterilized" in the oven at 170F for 20min. It also makes sure they are good and crispy.
