This was another really different/unique/interesting sauce ... such an awesome flavour ... I don't know what it is with the sauces I am trying lately that would go awesome on pancakes ... the mix of the chillies and the banana wasn't exactly what I was expecting but it worked perfectly ... another sauce that I am going to enjoy experimenting with different foods ... You make unique sauces Paul!
