Please add more info. Have they been in the sun, like first time out? Watering schedule, Fertilizer amounts and how often.
 
Looks like chlorisis. I had the same issue with some of my pepper plants recently. A dose of seaweed extract for iron, and a dose of epsom for magnesium did the trick for my peppers. Wikipedia also states lack of nitrogen as a possible cause, you you said you've been fertilizing.
