Defcon 7 From TMudder. I got the seeds from Mike Hughes at pepperchronicals last year as an F2. These are an F3 that I grew out myself this year. I have isolated this plant and will continue to grow them each year. Mine have retained their brick like color and searing heat.

Thanks for watching! Hiccups are not painful though. I get them all the time, and I think it's because I have a full stomach before I review peppers.
 
I Never tried eating a whole pod as I have a problem swallowing at times, food gets stuck if it's to big and that hurts on it's own, I hate to think of a super Hot getting stuck and what it would do to me. lol

The hiccups are mostly annoying what hurts me with some of the really hot ones, is getting the burps from them its like having all the heat flare back up in your throat.
I haven't tried the Defcon 7 yet, I have seen the seeds at buckeyepeppers, it does look like it would really hurt to eat a whole pod, I think I would rather eat one of the better tasting 7 pots though.
 
Cool. I grew a few Defcon 7s from buckeyepepper seed this year. One plant was a runt and never bore pods. The other has green pods and just got put in my little greenhouse. Hopefully I'll get some to ripen up. I'm on the fence about growing them next year. It's strange how some lines of 7 pots get poor marks for flavor (Barrackpore, Rennie, Defcon) but the good ol' 7 Pot Jonah seems to be a favorite (mine too).
