One of our most well-known regular stops, St. James Gate, located in Maplewood, NJ, as a great Irish Pub, located in the heart of Maplewood Village. This will be our 11th event here, as we do them twice a year here.​

Come on down and enjoy FREE DEFCON Wings from 12-5pm!​

We always pack this house, so I would highly suggest getting there early. Once of the best things about this location is that it's about a block from the Maplewood Train Station (on the Morris/Essex Line).​

Man, it's gonna be a good day for this. It gorgeous out, but very cold, and no snow. Too cold to work on the yard, and no snow for sledding. Seems the only choice is to feast on endless capsaicin-infused avian appendages, oh yeah, and many beers.

Life is good. Hopefully we'll see some of you today. We have quite a few arriving by train today.
 
Well, it was one Hell of an f'n turnout! Thanks to all those in attendance. We had a GREAT time today! Cresting well over 200 pounds of wings handed out to the masses, many new Acolytes were assimilated into the Defcon Continuum. My lower back feels like someone inserted a tungsten rod whilst tripping the 440 switch. My feet feel as if boiling foxglove was injected, but alas, the sheer panic/pain of the many who ingested the latest incarnation of ZERO Sludge will alow me to sleep quite soundly this evening...Their pain healing mine as I doze off into a deep slumber, and silently stroll the Elysian Fields.


Life is good.
