So I had a rough day and ate these leftovers for lunch already so I figured I owed it to myself to make it really spicy. Perusing the cupboard and fridge turned up nothing that complemented the flavour well or had enough heat to make the flavours not matter much.
But then I spied the bottle of MKII hiding in the back of the fridge!
I sorta forgot HOW hot this is for me
So I slathered on about 2 tsp per taco. Heck it may have even been a tbsp per taco. I took a couple of bites and then it really hit me. I was actually sweating under the eyes and on the forehead and I had a great burn. The burn subsides fairly quickly into a gentle afterglow on the tongue...
Nothing like a good burn to turn a shitty day into a good one!
