Well, this is my first review ever of anything hot/spicy
Popped the lid and got the first scent of this product, very nice, not like a horseradish at all. Up front a corn like nose, with the horseradish in the background, also some vinegar. Totally surprised me. Put some on a spoon, and very tasty, spicy, nice consistency, slight vinegar note, the heat is on the tongue mostly, lasts a few minutes, again, nothing like I expected. Not really a big fan of horseradish, but I took a chance with this one. Cut up some Polish Wedding Kielbasa (Double Smoked) and put some of this Habby Pony on it. Delicious, very nice, nice little heat note, does not distract from the taste of the Kielbasa, but adds a nice heat note to it. VERY TASTY! ADDICTING! Glad I bought this product. Will have to get some of the Habbby Horse next. Thanks Defcon for a great product.
