Congrats! Well deserved for some straight up amazing sauces!
great job!!Thanks all! We didn't enter the Mimi's last year, and in hindsight, kinda wished we did, so this year I actually had a few butterflies while they were mentioning the awards (something that hasn't happened for ANY award for a few years). The mantle is now complete. We are beyond exhausted,and are amazed we are still vertical. Maggie actually has to work at the hospital at midnight (which I am against), hopefully when they see her two little pissholes for eyes, they will send her home.

Well, perhaps you guys are on to something. We just took the Screamin' Mimi Award (1st Place) at the 2014 NYC Hot Sauce Expo. With the caliber of judge's (Bon Appetit Magazine, Food Network, etc) this is probably the hardest award to win in this industry.
