Well, there has been a LOT going on as of late with the walls of the Defcon Compound. Just a few short weeks ago, we once again attended Zest Fest, in Las Colinas Texas, arguably the best major hot sauce show in existence. We have been doing the show for years, and love it. Well, each year, during the show weekend, they have the Golden Chile Awards, basically the Oscars of the hot sauce industry. We've won a number of them over the years, but this year was a little different. We took FIRST PLACE IN ALL THREE CATEGORIES (mild, medium AND hot) for our wing sauces. This was a HUGE win for the Defcon Crew, as we've never swept the wing sauces before!
