Deficiency or Fungus?

I was curious to see if anyone knew what might be causing what is shown in the photos below. A few of my plants have leaves that are getting worse over time.

I think its bacterial or maybe a fungus, hit it with AACT.

Fertilizer burn, do not add anything else. Flush the pot or ground.

Yeah id say fert burn also a light one. Deff flush it
