preservation Dehydrate Chillis after they are frozen???

Can i put chillis in a dehydrator after they have been frozen, or will the chilli just break down???

I only ask cause i have bags and bags of chillis in the freezer from last season and i just won't make that much sause...and now they are frozen, my usage options are limited....

Any thoughts??

Put a couple up for testers.You can have an answer in about 12 hours.I did last year and they were fine after the dehy.Made about a pint and a half of powder once through the coffee grinder.

You might want to let them thaw out first and then use paper towels to get all the surface moisture off of them prior to putting them into the dehydrator. Good luck!
