The label is correct it is hotter than H in a good way.
I'm usually turned off by products that use capsicum extract it almost always has that funky oil taste Not this sauce it tastes great! The flavor of the sauce shines through the heat. Where this sauce wins is that you taste the great flavor of the sauce & then you get the heat from the extract.
I think it would be great on brisket or ribs or as a sauce for wings.
