pests Didn't Find These in the Pinned Pest Guide

Makes strange little crescent shaped bites out of leaves.  Knocked this one off the underside of a leaf where he was hanging out. 
 
Going to town on my plants right now.  Arrgh!  Any help with ID and treatment?
