Does anyone know what's going on here?

So i've been growing this plant in coco coir + perlite, so far she's been doing great and still growing very fast and healthy, but I've noticed she has some pale spots near the veins of the leaves, you can see it if you look very closely. I'm wondering what exactly this is, but i'm not too worried about the plant dying or anything, more curious.

This occurred a couple of days after i accidently fed it with a too strong solution of hydro ferts. But hasn't gotten any worse, maybe slightly less since i corrected the problem.
Anyone has any ideas?

If it is nute burn you can ignore, pull back and take the picture...too close.

plant is developing new branch at that node? plant sometimes kills off the big old leaf when new branch grows.

Same thing happened to my scorpion plant - resolved itself, no real problems. Same environment and situation, my big jim looks super healthy (did not show the same issue).
