for-sale Door County sweet to hot pepper sale

Organic locally grown specialty peppers

As available first emailed first supplied; daily drop shipped to your restaurant for $1.00 per mile from Carlsville or picked up in Carlsville by arrangement for no charge. Can ship to you for $6 extra.
$1/lb extra for custom grading like size or color required; normally it is as they come.

Note pepper heat as indicated is only about what the spice quality is. Normally pepper spice will vary by about 10%-15%.
Boiling diced peppers will disperse the heat into the stock. Frying the peppers will normally decrease the heat of the pepper. That is the raw pepper will be hotter than a fried one. Broiling or roasting peppers will retain most heat.

Payment is ONLY by PayPal or check if in Door County with a local bank. Email before payment is made to ensure peppers are available. More peppers will be available as they ripen and if anyone wants some of the hot ones on my list of peppers I am growing let me know. See my grow list on Balac. I will be modifying the listing as peppers are sold or collected.

Hey Balac, will you ship these to anyone out of your local area for $6 ? If so I would be interested in some of the Aji Reds and Yellows and some of the Zavory or Datil sweet peppers.

Robert

Ok I might have to get a bigger box to send you those---I will check tomorrow; The post office is closed here for today

Unfortunately the $5.35 box is too small for a pound of peppers except maybe thick walled small peppers. It would only hold about 0.7 lbs of peppers so I had to go with a bigger box that would hold about 2 lbs and the post for 1lb of pepper is about $9.70 to Georgia. I think it is a lot better to ship 0.7lb in the $5.35 box unless you need a lot.
