food Dr Pepper sauce ribs

This is my recipe for some really good ribs. Best ive ever had. See i didnt call it BBQ because i dont want to get flames for that.

Marinade

2 cups Dr pepper soda
1/2 cup soy
1/2 cup lime juice
1- 1/2 cup vegi oil
2 teaspoons Tabasco (or w/e)
Mix it up and put it in a bag with 10 lbs of pork ribs after u sliced partialy in bewtween bones. Marinate over night.
Next day put them in a 275F oven for 3 hours. While they are cooking make the sauce.

Sauce:
2 cups Dr Pepper soda
2 big diced onions
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
4 teasspoons ground red pepper ( or w/e)
1-1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tspoons salt
6oz can of tomato paste

mix it up and bring to a boil. lower heat and summer for several hours uncovered. Make sure you taste it occasionally. IT GREAT!

When the ribs and sauce are done put them on the grill and slather with sauce. Use it all and dont let them burn.

ENJOY

They are slightly spicy with the said ingredient and sweet. SO delicious. I would have a pic but we only make them in the summer 1 or twice.
