What do you you all use for drying your peppers? Outdoor won't be a great option for me...it may be close to winter before my harvest is ready. I bought the Nesco American Harvest FD-1020 Gardenmaster 1000-Watt Digital Food Dehydrator from Amazon. Has good reviews and my neighbor has one although he's only used it once and doesn't really have anything to compare it to. Is anyone here using or has used the dehydrator I bought?

I've never used that model but it's similar to what I own and use.
I have the lesser wattage (750W I think) made by the same folks. It makes great jerky but I haven't dried pods with it yet. PRF has one and says it works great for peppers when using the 115 degree setting.
