I recently put a couple of seeds from a store bought "spanish pepper" into the soil. In the first real leaf pair, one of the leafs looked like a dual leaf, with two tips (pic below). I didn't care, as I thought it was just one of the things that happen. The other seedling has now set its second set of leaves, and it's got the same defect. Is this something I should worry about? Is there something really messed up with the genes here? Just don't want to waste my energy on a couple of freak plants that might not produce proper peppers...
