I'm looking for a ERS that uses garlic, Cayenne spice, habs, onions, and I want to be able to boil it down.

Pretty much all of 'em have these ingredients in common; Mexican Chiles(Ancho, Guajillos, etc), Garlic, Onions, Cumin and Pepper.
What you want is a Salsa roja though I think.
