Epsom Salt...

Metal.

Organic is a loose term, I'm just cracking wise.

If you're comfortable, use it. Certification doesn't mean much, it just changed the products used improperly and to excess.

In the strict chemical sense, MgSO4 is clearly lacking any carbon whtsoever, so it HAS to be NON ORGANIC.  (Oh, the HORROR!)  :shocked:

In my experience, most organic growers (in general, of course) would consider epson salts as organic or at least "organic enough" LOL

I use it, it is a nice little greenery booster and helps a lot in flower... oh yeah I'm on the pepper forum... umm, i am sure it works well with pods as well :)
 
 
edit: as with everything - just don't overdo it
 
I would consider it organic. At least the organic people at gardenweb have. I used it last year, every week, and it worked beautifully.

Water (H20) is inorganic.    Don't use it!!!    :eek:
