Epsom salts - how often?

Hey guys, I was just wondering how often you spray your plants with epsom salts. I usually mix one teaspoon per quart of water in my spray bottle. Do you also ever mix epsom salts when you water them?

I only use Epsom salts if athey are looking a little pale. and then yes, I'll water them with the asme solution you desctribed.
