I love serranos, jalepenos, and I love cherry peppers for pickling. I really love the bite of serranos or jalepenos on a turkey sandwhiches or bugers.

I am growing some poblanos and some chile de arbols this year; definitly looking forward to those.

Red >>>>>>>>>>> green.

Also, have become a big fan of Fresno's. My everyday not to hot sauce are made with them. Fresno poppers. Numex for saucing (green and red, burritos must be properly sauced) and Rellenos.
